Pain
I am scared of how much true pain I will have to withstand, if I choose to go through with a face lift. I am very sensitive. I have been given many opinions and do not know who to put my trust in. Any suggestions?? Also, I am scared that my results will not be what expecting.. What to do?

A study published in the July 2007 issue of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery finds that patients seeking cosmetic rhinoplasty often exhibited personality abnormalities including obsessiveness, hypochondriasis, and "good faking," or making false statements that make them look better compared with others. Authors evaluated the personalities of 66 rhinoplasty candidates to determine what their rate of satisfaction with the procedure would be.
Implants Shouldn't Affect Your Ability to Breast-feed

Dr. Carlos Wolf, a board certified facial plastic surgeon practicing in Miami, advises women considering breast augmentation surgery that they will not have a problem with breast-feeding, nor will they have to remove their implants to be able to breast-feed. Breast implants are now routinely placed under the muscle. The key to avoiding future problems with breast-feeding is in the technique the physician uses to insert the implant. If the surgeon avoids the nipple area there is less chance of affecting your sensation and the ducts that carry your milk. Breast implants can be put in around the nipple, under the arm, under the breast or through the belly button. However, there are advantages and disadvantages to each method. A patient should have a conversation with her surgeon and ask about the advantages and risks of each method in order to make an educated decision.

botox
I have been getting botox injections for the past four years and i absolutely love it. At my last appointment Dr. Cruise suggested i not only get it in my forehead but also in the corners around my mouth to turn my frown upside down. I must say he was right! I have had several people comment that i seem so happy lately. Little does anyone know i am still just as happy as before but now i have a smile to go with it. I no longer look so sad all the time. I have found another reason to love botox and would suggest it to anyone who is thinking about getting it!!
Smart liposuction
I am interested in liposuction on my flanks and medial/lateral thighs. I am debating on tradtional liposuction or new laser smart lipo. Any suggestions on which way to go? Any advice from anyone who has had either procedure or both?
