The older I get the more I consider liposuction to get rid of the tire around my middle section. My only concern is (beside the recovery and pain of course) is that if I gain weight in the future it may come back in another spot. Is this true?

I have an executive position and so obviously I wear a lot of suits. I was tired of the way my neck looked in suits and some shirts and so finally decided to get a neck lift. I am very pleased with the results. I noticed an immediate difference. Not only do I look better in suits but I'm told I look 15 years younger.
