Now that silicone is back, many women are making the change from saline to silicone for what is percieved a more natural feel.
But does the softer, gel implant feel substantially different than its saline counterpart and if so, what are the risks and benefits?

I am a 26 yrs old. I had my breast first breast augmentation about 3 years ago. I went with saline, 450cc, through the armpit and I just loved them!!! Before my augmentation I had almost no breast tissue. I barely fit into a A cup. I was very insecure about my breasts. Wearing a bathing suit was embarrassing and finding a bra that fit was so difficult. I didn't feel very feminine either. After my augmentation I felt like I was on top of the world! I no longer was insecure and I truly felt like I like a completely different woman!! I was sexy now!!

About 6 years ago I had a poorly performed liposuction and as a result my inner thighs are asymmetrical, but the worst part is the striped lines across the back of my legs which only call attention to the cellulite I already have there. I know I'll have to go to another surgeon to have the shape of my legs contoured but is there anything that can be done about the scaring? Will plastic surgery be able to fix that or are any of the new cellulite treatments effective enough to possibly improve it?

I noticed around 3-4 months after my breast augmentation that my left side was starting to feel pretty firm and the implant was not moving as well as it should. I started having some pain on my left side for about a month; I then started going into my doctor pretty regularly to monitor that side. We noticed a build up of hard scar tissue of the top of my implant, more on the inside of my chest.
