Breastfeeding and Breast Lifts
I am a 33 yr old mother of two considering a breast lift. My husband and I would like to have one more child in the next couple of years; however, I am unsure as to how a breast lift would impact my ability to breastfeed. I am currently a 36 C and would like to keep my current size. To do so, it looks like my breast lift may include small implants to fill in for the tissue that is removed. I would rather have the procedure sooner rather than later; however, I am unsure as to what affect (if any) having the lift/augmentation will impact my ability to breastfeed my third child.
Post Surgery Rippling
Ok, so my post op pain has subsided a bit, but I have noticed slight rippling on my right breast near my cleavage. I chose silicone implants which were placed subgladular. I am hoping that scar tissue will cover the ripple but am not sure since I went a little large - 450 cc from an a cup. Has anyone experienced ripples disappearing?

Third time a charm?
I've done rhinoplasty twice before. After my first surgery, I noticed some subtle results but was still not in love with my nose. So then a few months later, I had yet another surgery. Now it is worse because it is too thin. I want to have a third surgery done but am worried about the results and if it will affect my breathing. Anyone have some good advice?
