Breastfeeding and Breast Lifts

I am a 33 yr old mother of two considering a breast lift. My husband and I would like to have one more child in the next couple of years; however, I am unsure as to how a breast lift would impact my ability to breastfeed. I am currently a 36 C and would like to keep my current size. To do so, it looks like my breast lift may include small implants to fill in for the tissue that is removed. I would rather have the procedure sooner rather than later; however, I am unsure as to what affect (if any) having the lift/augmentation will impact my ability to breastfeed my third child.

The ability to breast feed

The ability to breast feed after breast lift depends upon how much sag you start off with. If your nipples are at the level of the infra-mammary fold or above then the effect on breast feeding will be minimal because the nipple isn't elevated that much. If the nipple has dropped significantly below the fold, then this could impact the ability to breast feed.
