Liposuction, liposculpture, final inches! So many choices - which is best?
Hi there! I am a 31 year old woman and am in pretty good shape. I have about 7 lbs to loose before I reach my final weight and am considering liposuction at that point to touch up a few areas around my thighs. Recently, I heard an advertisement about "final inches"... It seems there is more than one way to achieve the results I am looking for, so I am hoping for a little feedback on liposuction, liposcultpure, and final inches from anyone who has tried one or all of these procedures.

I have actually had liposuction and was really pleased with my results. I don't know that it is the way to go to achieve a 7 lb loss. It is really ideal for those wanting to get rid of trouble spots but not for overall weight loss.
I don't know much about final inches but liposuction and liposculpture are two great procedures for quickly reducing fat cells in targeted trouble spots. I had liposuction a while ago on my inner thighs and was pleased with the results. It is not exactly a painless procedure but it is effective.
I am considering Liposuction on my flanks and possibly on my abdomen area. I have the understanding that this could be accomplished under local anes. I am aware that the price is cheaper but is it worth it?? Would I get the results that I am looking for? Is it more pain feel?
Local anesthesia for flanks - not really, for a small area on the abdomen, male chest or thighs maybe. For the flank area, however, not so effective, especially if you are looking for a good result. In order to do liposuction under local you would need to be numb so you don't feel anything. It is easier to do with a small area but not all over your mid section. I had liposuction of my abdomen under local - I was totally fine. I went for liposuction of the flanks under general. I would have been hard to take all of it under local. I love both, the abdomena and the flanks
