"Gummy Bear" breast implants are made of silicone but are highly polymerized meaning they are more firm and dense. In fact, if you were to cut one in half it would not ooze. Instead, it would retain its shape. They are not available in the U.S. at this time except for a few surgeons doing them as part of a research study.
